Street Moratorium and Pavement Management
The City places moratoriums on any street or alley that have been recently reconstructed or slurry sealed. The moratoriums are valid after construction is completed and lasts for five years for a reconstruction project and three years for a slurry sealing project. There are strict terms and conditions for replacement of the asphalt or concrete on streets and alleys with a moratorium in place. Please check back here on a regular basis, as the list is updated as projects are completed .
Important Note: Prior to performing any work in the public right-of-way be sure to make application for an Encroachment Permit.
